
Prior to founding Policy Professionals in 1998, Diana spent the last ten years as an attorney counseling business clients on their human resources related problems and developing solutions for businesses of all sizes. She continues to keep her license to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey active.
Ten years experience as an employment attorney counseling corporations on human resouces issues including employee handbooks, sexual harassment, including ERISA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, State Human Relations Act, creation of Affirmative Action Plans, Equal Employment Opportunity and Office of Federal Contract Compliance audits and preparation. Litigated cases in employment areas, before federal and state agencies and federal and state courts. Counseled corporations on development of dispute resolution policies and conducted training on diveristy and harassment issues.
